- Build AI-powered ad and creative workflows that produce more, faster, with less.
- Partner with our VP Sales (organic / brand), video editor, and CRM manager.

Build the B2B engine that gets the CEO in front of the right €1m+ business owners, outbound, partnerships, and an education-led motion (rooms, stages, network), plus the brand, positioning, and AI systems that make it scale.
✦ What You'll Own
- B2B / SMB go-to-market end-to-end: who we target, how we reach them, how we win.
- Get the right people in the room: outbound, partnerships, and an education-led motion (EO/YPO, workshops, stages) feeding qualified pipeline. Matt (CEO) closes; the gap is access, not closing.
- Matt's platform: personal brand, speaker placement (building "How to AI for business owners").
- Brand, positioning, and ICP messaging that make YouAI the obvious choice.
- Scale the MQL funnel profitably.
- Build the whole B2B GTM as AI / agentic systems (not manual labor).
✦ What Winning Looks Like
- Qualified B2B pipeline, the right people in the room, consistently (the core metric).
- Matt on 1+ relevant stages per quarter and a growing personal brand.
- A documented B2B / SMB GTM playbook the team can run.
- ICP profiles with messaging, channel, and offer mapped per segment.
- Agentic outbound / GTM systems live and crushing it.
✦ Who You Are
- B2B GTM operator: outbound, partnerships, getting into rooms with hard-to-reach buyers (can't reach the CEO → reach the assistant → get on the calendar). You love sales, people, and funnels.
- SMB B2B experience (€24k+ contracts), full buyer journey; sales-literate (BD, not just brand).
- Strategic builder: playbooks, not decks; places bets, prioritizes ruthlessly, follows through.
- AI-native: you build an agentic team around yourself, setting up agents to leverage and multiply your own output, so one operator delivers like a team. If you use humans to leverage your systems, that's ok, too.
- Strong direct-response brand instinct: comfortable ghostwriting and reaching as the founder.
- Complements the CEO with focus, structure, and execution.
